Beauty or Fake

We’re living in a beautiful century—but have we ever stopped to ask ourselves, “Is it real or is it all just an illusion?”

These days, many people have stopped appreciating others for their inner qualities. Don’t you think so?

Now, people are often valued only for their appearance or their external achievements. And this generation seems stuck between two extremes: “I don’t care” or “I hate myself.”

It’s no surprise that so many are getting drawn into materialism.
What’s even more concerning is the growing obsession with becoming something—or someone—we’re not.

People are mocked for not having the perfect body, the perfect face, the perfect skin tone, or the perfect paycheck.
So how are we supposed to survive in a society like this?

It’s no wonder that depression is on the rise.
Trying to fit into these unrealistic standards comes at a huge cost—we are losing our true selves.

People are now afraid to even look at themselves without makeup, terrified that even their own thoughts will criticize their appearance.
That’s how deeply rooted the fear of judgment has become.

And yes, madness is increasing.
Why can’t we just be real?
Why can’t things be simple?

During hard times, do external appearances really matter? Or is it the inner qualities that truly support and uplift us?

Isn’t it a person’s natural smile that warms your heart—not the fake one they wear to impress you?

Why aren’t we teaching young people, from an early age, the importance of self-love and self-acceptance?
Why aren’t we prioritizing values like respecting ourselves and others just as we are?

Why don’t we teach that a genuine smile is more valuable than a forced one?
That a good heart and a simple personality are worth more than any material success?

But in this world obsessed with appearances and possessions, is there still room for truth?

Bottom line:

The materialistic world has gained so much importance, it has hidden the truth behind a mask.
